My culinary work is a medium for creating intentional, memorable experiences. Every project is bespoke, designed to engage the senses, tell stories, and connect people through food.

Rooted in my Black American, Jamaican, and British heritage, I centre plant-forward, soulful cooking that balances bold flavour, cultural memory, and contemporary expression. Each commission is concept-driven, research-informed, and deeply intentional.

This work is not traditional catering, it is a facilitated, experiential journey, ranging from bespoke participatory meals to immersive small-scale events.

How I Work

Please note: I no longer offer traditional per-head catering. Each commission is priced for the creative design, facilitation, and culinary authorship involved.

My culinary commissions are not traditional catering services. I do not:

  • Provide large-scale per-head catering

  • Offer standard restaurant-style service or buffet pricing

  • Produce events purely as a food service without experiential or conceptual design
