I design immersive, participatory experiences that blend plant-forward culinary artistry with storytelling, ritual, and cultural memory. Each session is crafted to inspire connection, reflection, and collective care, drawing on Black diasporic foodways, ancestral knowledge, and the philosophy of intentional nourishment.

Whether you are a cultural institution, community organisation, wellness collective, or creative practitioner, I work with you to co-create unique experiences that nourish mind, body, and spirit — from intimate gatherings to larger-scale events.

flagship WORKSHOPS

Hands-on, immersive, and rooted in intentional nourishment, our workshops blend plant-forward cooking with storytelling, ritual, and cultural memory. Explore food as culture, memory, and connection, and join sessions that inspire creativity, reflection, and community.

We also create custom workshops and collaborative experiences for cultural institutions, community groups, and wellness organisations. Whether a panel discussion, pop-up supper club, or participatory food ritual, every experience is crafted to inspire dialogue, connection, and collective healing through food. Past clients include ADHD Babes, South London Gallery, Peckham Platform, and more.
